Shipping Policy
We proudly serve domestic buyers by shipping orders through registered courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.
- Delivery Timeframe: Products are typically delivered within 6 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
- Dispatch Guarantee: We guarantee to hand over your package to the courier/postal service within 8 business daysfrom the date of order and payment.
- Delivery Address: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. A delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a broken, damaged, or incorrect product:
- An unboxing/opening video is mandatory to initiate the return process.

Color Disclaimer
Colors may appear different due to camera effects, lighting, or screen settings. Slight variations are not considered valid grounds for return or refund.
Return & Refund Policy – HD PRINT WORLD
We take great care in delivering customized, made-to-order products. Please note:
- Cancellations: If the order is already in production, only a 50% refund is applicable.
- Returns: We do not accept returns for customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method through Razorpay.
Website Submission & Timeline
We kindly request that you submit a fully operational website and ensure that the refund timeline is included in the Return & Refund Policy.
If the required updates take more than 7 days, we can proceed without the website for now and incorporate it later.
Please confirm whether all updates will be completed within the 7-day timeframe.
